Summer is here! And, there is another item that is here, our nation’s birthday! July 4th is our nation’s birthday which calls for an amazing birthday party. However, like any birthday party, it can be loud, especially for your dog. We wanted to share tips to help keep your dog calm during fireworks on the 4th of July.
Did you know that July 5th is the busiest time of the year for animal shelters? The reason is because pets get scared of the fireworks; some run, some hide and some do a lot damage to the home of themselves. These tips will help keep your dog calm during fireworks, most of these tips can be used if your dog is scared of thunderstorms too.
